Last updated: 24 September 2026. This policy explains how The Luxury Cars handles personal information on this website. It is written in English so it can be translated later. It describes the live service. It is not a claim that the website has been certified, registered, or approved by the UAE Data Office or any other authority.

Who operates the site

The Luxury Cars operates The Luxury Cars, a Dubai-focused marketplace where independent rental companies, dealers, businesses and private sellers publish vehicle listings. The platform is not the owner, rental company or seller of a third-party vehicle merely because the listing appears here. Privacy requests go to theluxrytransport@gmail.com.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to customers, advertisers, and visitors who use the website. Advertisers and customers are separate from the platform. A conversation you start on WhatsApp or by phone is with the advertiser, under that service’s own terms, and is not hosted here.

Information we collect

Account information. If you create an account we store your name, email address, and the sign-in method you chose. We do not offer phone-number login.

Email and password. An email/password account stores a protected sign-in credential in our authentication system. We do not keep a readable copy of your password. You are responsible for keeping that password private.

Google sign-in. If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares the basic profile needed to sign you in: the name, email address, and account identifier that Google returns for the openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not ask Google for your contacts, files, or calendar. Google’s own privacy terms apply to that sign-in.

Advertiser and listing information. A listing can include the account type, business or seller name, salesperson name, phone number, WhatsApp number, area, prices, deposit, delivery choice, description, and photos. Phone and WhatsApp numbers are shown so customers can contact the advertiser directly. The email address used to sign in is not published on the listing.

Saved cars and simple activity. Signed-in users can save listings. We can record that a listing was viewed or that someone used the WhatsApp or call button, so activity can be counted. That record is not a copy of the WhatsApp or phone conversation.

Contact and reports. The contact form stores the name, email, subject, and message you send, so the team can read it. A listing report stores the reason, any details you add, and which listing it refers to. Do not send identity documents, passwords, or payment-card details through either form.

Technical and security data. The host and the sign-in system receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of a request. This is used to run, secure, and debug the site.

Cookies and similar storage

Essential cookies keep a signed-in session. A preference stored in the browser, not in an advertising cookie, remembers that you dismissed the cookie note. Details are in the cookie policy. We do not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, or a Meta pixel.

Why we use the information

We use personal information to create and protect accounts, show and moderate listings, let customers contact advertisers, count basic listing activity, answer contact messages, review reports, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Where UAE personal-data law requires consent, we rely on the step you take, such as creating an account, posting a listing, sending a message, or submitting a report. Some processing is also needed to provide the service you ask for, to protect the site, or to meet a legal duty. This page does not claim that every activity has been formally classified by the UAE Data Office.

Service providers

The published website is hosted on Vercel. The application database is hosted on Neon. Google provides Google sign-in. These providers process information so the site can run. They may process it outside the UAE. We have not stated, and do not claim, that a particular cross-border transfer mechanism has been approved. If a provider changes, this page should be updated.

Sharing

We show listing and advertiser contact details that the advertiser chose to publish. We share information with the providers above so they can host, store, or authenticate. We may disclose information to a competent authority when UAE law requires it, or when needed to investigate a report of fraud, a stolen vehicle, or other unlawful use. We do not give advertisers a copy of your sign-in email through the public listing.

How long we keep information

A listing stays until the advertiser deletes it or an administrator removes it. A deleted listing is taken off public search. Account, report, contact, and security records are kept while they are needed to operate the marketplace, handle abuse, and meet legal duties. A fixed retention calendar has not been published. That is an operational gap, not a promise to keep data forever or to delete it on a particular day.

Security

Account and admin tools require a signed-in session. Passwords are stored as protected credentials. No method of storage or transmission is perfect. Email theluxrytransport@gmail.com if you believe an account has been used without permission.

Your requests

You can edit your profile and your own listings from your account. You may email theluxrytransport@gmail.com to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about your account, a correction of inaccurate information, restriction or deletion, or to withdraw consent where consent was the basis for processing. We may need to confirm that the request is yours. We may keep some records where needed for security, a dispute, or a legal duty. This policy does not invent a regulator complaint number. You may also complain to the competent UAE authority that handles personal-data matters.

Children

The marketplace is not directed at children. Do not create an account if you do not have the legal capacity to contract. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email theluxrytransport@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text will be published on this page. An Arabic version may be added later on this page. Until then, this English text is the published version.
